Ran…but not very fast. Calves killed from a 8x100m sprint session & 10xstair running exercise yesterday. Really just tried to concentrate on my running form today- its not an easy thing to change running incorrectly for 23 years! So focused on keeping my arms lower by my waist, shoulders more relaxed rather than tense & up high, and keeping head level, not down or too high. Prob looked like a tool but so long as it helps!
